First off i am afraid i had to delete the old gallery pages from my previous post way back before i got hacked and started over so that page is gone no looking back! But that means room for NEW stuff! Sorry I never got around to posting those pictures of Tina and myself maybe do that later but let me tell you about the BIG event.

Bridgefest! Woot! So bridgefest! It was in Ocean Grove NJ! I went with Chapel Falls and spesifically if you didnt know already, the Cortez family and me and my mom went all together! Minus Mr. Cortez! So it was Me, Mel, James, and both moms all in one room! yes 5 people in one room! Poor james being the only boy having to share a bathroom with 4 woman! lol But it worked out fine! The room was nice with a king sized bed in one room and the pull out sofa bed in the “living room” which Mel and i slept on and then james slept on an air mattress we blew up for him! And of course the parents got the huge confy king sized bed! Any way enough about the room…

In the car on the way up all three young folk squeezed in the back there was lots of poking and squishing and leaning and resting on each other meanwhile we listend to some funny songs by KJ-52 and then some Skillet as well! My mini speakers held up for the trip barely! The car btw was soooo packed that Mrs. C (the driver) could not se out the back she had to use the side view mirrors rather then the rear-view cause in the rear-view was nothing but clothes coolers camera bags and etc.

So when we got there we went on the beach for a while! We went in the ocean and it wasnt too cold but after a couple hours Mel and I got tired and went to lay on the beach and listen to more music! lol Let me mention the funny thing was the rain stoped when we got there for the weekend and when we left to come home it started raining again! Amazing right a blessing!

Any whoo… So After the beach we went to get dressed and headed to dinner! Oh boy did some people have fun at dinner with thier clams oysters and sushi! Not me though i stayed away from that stuff! I had my greek salad with grilled chicken! lol Any way So after that was the BIG CONCERT! oh yes! It started at 7:15 ish and went to 11 something at night! IT WAS SOO AWESOME! The Katinas and Mandisa were performing and in between were a couple speakers! They played every bodies favorite worship songs! Michelle and I sang along and prceeded to dance and clap and SCREAM and shout and get jiggy and JUMP and wave hands and pray and worship! lol It was awesome! Great songs great energy and all for God! They played a few of their songs inbetween the good worship songs aswell! and the last song was Shackles by Mary Mary I WAS SOOO HYPED to hear Mandisa sing that song! EVEN MY MOM GOT UP and got Mrs. C up to dance to that song! We left the concert dancing and singing literally down the street back to our car! lol

First off i dont know why i couldnt sleep the first night but i couldnt i got maybe an hour of sleep or at least it felt like it i was half sleep the whole night kept waking up! But oh well I managed to survive on saturday though at points of the day i was REALLY tired!

But we went to surf lessons that morning and that was awesome! I did not get as far as mel and james and standing up but i layed down on the board and caught a few waves! I also did a nose dive a few times and got mouth and nose full of salt water at the same time! Let me tell you that is NOT comfortable! that happened a few times when i was trying to dive under waves both days. Sometiems iw ouldnt dive deep enough and get caught right in the wave and get dragged along. But i survived! So then after surfing which btw the water was nice and warm….

we did a little more “swimming” and the water just suddenly became ICE COLD! SO COLD that with in a few minutes you could not feel your limbs! The rest of the day you couldnt be happy you were either freezing in the ice cold water or burning in the hot sun! The only time you were happy was the time when you just got out fo the water and were still cold from the water and wet and the sun started to warm you or maybe when yo uwere in teh shade. and a few of us (all but michelle) got burned some of us worse then others…. my poor face looked like a lobster! I wish someone woulda told me so i coulda put more sunscreen on! But i got so tan!

After swimming for a bit mel and i and mrs. C went to skateboarding demo. I took a few pictures there! After that we headed back to beach mean while mom and james had been on a “secret mission” to get what we later found out when we got back was to get boogie boards! She got two boogie boards! Right away james and Mel went out boogying! lol Then for a bit we headed over too our church familys tent and hung out there for a bit! I also saw kelsey there who the whole time was RIGHT NEXT TO us and i never even noticed! I knew she was there but didnt know where! She was there with her friends and family! Her church didnt come. So she and i went out boogying for a while. We went pretty far out further then we thought we did! So far that the waves werent even crashing yet! but it was relaxing there! And then the whistle called us in and we road as many waves as we could back! So i parted with her and we headed over to the baptism!

Mel and james both got baptized along with several other people! I took pictures while james tried to record around the peoples heads! there was a CROWD of people! it was hard not to mention trying not to get the camera equiptment wet from the crashing waves! which by the way by this time the under tow was VERY STRONG and pulled out the sand from underneath your feet you jsut keept sinking deeper and deeper if you were standing where the water came up to! It also made the baptism a little more difficult with the crashing waves and the pulling out a couple times Pastor Nathan and Mike nearly lost their balance and fell in the water right with the person they were baptizing lol

So after all that we rushed up to get dressed and catch the shuttle bus back to our car which we made it to the bus just in time! So we went back to the hotel to put our stuff away and then we went out to dinner with the Writes! That was so much fun! We went to chillies Mel and i sat next to each other and laura and victoria across from us! There was conversation about food of course! and how hot sauce makes everything better! (I had a fahita so i needed my hot sauce) and there were debates about the book of enoch and talk about the dark and seeing scary things in the dark and times about beng scared of some stupid “horror” films or laughing about them rather! And then there was lots of staring at the tvs and random mumbling about it from victoria! lol It was grand! Finally though we had to go back to the hotel and sleep.

The fallowing morning mel and I went on the beach for a photoshoot for her Demo CD cover and thats about it! We left Ocean grove NJ around 3 and once again in the car on the way home more KJ-52 his silly songs and serious and it was nice but it wasnt as comfortable because every one was so tired and just wanted to sprawl out all over the place but we couldnt! lol So now you can look the pictures! lol they are alllll out of order though i dont know why! but you get the point even though! Also i will post some videos from us in the car!

Sorry I have been away from blogging so long! But I have been busy. Facebook takes up to much time lol so I have been away and back several times since my last post including a week on vaca! With the ever so famous Willi Family! Most of the week was just chilling out watching them do their normal chores and going to their various meetings with their friends and meeting all their buddies down there! It was sooooooooooo fun! I love every one i met and I cant wait to come back and see you all again! Most of these pics are also seen on the Willi’s Blog but I am also posting some videos for you too that the Willi may or may not want me to post but im going to anyway that ill be announced later !

So a lot happened in a week to make a long story shortish i will just name a bucn of things and create a large run on sentence using commas…. 12 hour car ride, watching some plays, movies, singing some plays and classics from movies, singing and music and more music! Airsoft, Church, home group including poker, mr. president, spit, ERS, clue, settlers of katana or however thats spelled, listening to some cool christian music, like Lecrae, skillet, KJ52, Group one Crew, etc, wathcing some movies and tv too and youtube videos here and there, long talks into the night or rather 2 am in the morning, Giggles and laughter to with that, Nate teaching Esther to waltz, balance hand games, don don daya, and other various hand games, pistol wars at night that cause one to get shot in the lip from a little less then 10 feet away, good food. lots of smoothies which i am now making at home too! watching Kc train sully, a few times i helped with a few chores or cooking or somthing, heh heh, teasing nate with our SPARKLE SHIRTS! MWAHAHAHA, Swimming up the mild rapids and floating back down and chilling in the river, new friends and lots of love and joy! And getting squished every night before bed by Mr. Willis just like the rest of his kids! (large hugger that man is! its awesome!) lol And the pictures will tell you the rest!

So I had a small last minute gathering on my birthday! I took some cool shots of all the instruments for my final photography assignment there too! But any way it was fun even though I was so tired from wakeing up 6:20 AM for school! We did lost of jamming! Played a little cards and some nerf battles near the end! And of course Mrs. Bradford HAD to go all out lol and make me a cake buy every one pizza and get me one of my favorite Tyler Perry movies! Much love to Mrs. B! It is greatly appreciated thanks so much! lol So here are the pics! from the party! With the “photographic” ones mixed in!

And while I’m at it (blogging that is) My current assignment is “Color of light” Simply put different colored lighting show the difference in the color of light. For example a florescent light compared to natural sun light WAY different right? The pictures will explain more! But I am SOOOO excited about these pictures! THEY ARE SOOOOOOO COOL! lol I went out clubbing that night…. Ok no jk! lol The place I took most of them was a little Art Gallery opening that Kingston has the first saturday of every month. This one gallery had a cool band playing as you can see. And all the crazy colored lights were perfect for my assignment! And since my framing assignment i think i am now more concious of  my framing too so i got more interesting framing shots too! So any way I like these ones a lot WAY COOL right? (Dont mind the bar and the tattoo sign It matched the assignment lol Well the bar not so much but i was practicing my framing! lol

So on my first official Photography Assignment (framing) I got an A! (Seth is so cool! lol I like him he likes me its all good!) Any who So these are the pics i entered in the Frame assignment! The idea of the assignment was to think about framing and purposly cut off parts of your subject so that its not the same old subject in the MIDDLE of the picture boring stuff… take a look at my entrees to see if you get what im saying…. The Middle of the picture does not hold your attention your eyes kind of go around the picture…..

Well Friday Michelle had me over to take some pictures for her possible entry into Modeling, Singing Etc AND for her album cover! She is going to try and record an album and put it online on this site she found out about and sell it. (Independent)  So here are some of the over 45 I took. At this point I have so many photographic pictures of Mel that she has her own folder in my Photography folder! lol

Then Saturday if you didnt hear my great Uncle Sam passed away last week. The funeral was Saturday. At f first i was just going to go to the wake and service because it was my weekend with my mom but we changed our minds and ended up going to the burial and the big family gathering afterwords.  I am glad I did because it was a lot of fun to see some of my dear city cousins. Now when i say cousins so that there is no debate about who is family and who isnt.. lol We dont count generations all the 4th 5th 2nd cousins business is thrown out the window! There are to many on my dads side of the family to bother counting and we all love each other so much! So we leave it at cousins! lol So any way lots of fun moments and i enjoyed photographing so much that i failed to take any pictures of myself and my cousins! I was kinda mad at myself about that but ah well next time!!

Well I am finally going to learn guitar! I dont know why but im suddenly inspired! Leah B gave me her extra acoustic so now I have a NON broken guitar! For those of you who didndt hear the story from facebook this is what was said and i quote “so i broke out my electric guitar (that i never used) literally! THE HEAD BROKE OFF and i didnt even know it i inziped teh cover and the head came falling out im like WHAT THE HECK dont dont know how much money it will cost to fix that ah well guess i am stuck instrumentless no instrament to learn “

But thank to Leah I have an instrument. People keep asking me what im going to name it and at first im like what the sam hill only weirdos name their instruments… but I am ok to the idea now lol so ides for names would be nice! lol any who here have a looksy! this is my guitar untill i get my electric fixed and get an amp!

Oh and its funny Tim’s new electric guitar is the same EXACT guitar as my broken one! lol I got to get it fixed though *sigh* any way so yesturday did some jaming with J (jordan’s) amp and made some scary sounds with that.. But we also did sledding! Go to the video section to watch the SUPER fun time we had! lol lots of screaming laughing and big piles!

So the things that I DIDNT catch on camera…

Well the first train we did J wouldnt hold on to me and so I fell off the sled behind me because he and the sled stuck behind so i literally jumped on the sled infront of me wit the 5 inches of room it had left on it and grabbed Leah for dear life! lol And we ended up bumping Tim becka and josh who had also got seperated in front of us and end slowing down so when leah and i sped up we crashed them and then some how ended up going past them and i was screaming the whole way down the hill barely on the sled and then we came to the trensh of which i thought we would die on but we survived and then when it was over.. i fell over and laughed! lol

Then when Leah Josh and I raced Tim Becka an J for the firs time… THEY CHEATED and started before us BUT somehow we managed to catch up AND pass them cause they i think ended up crashing into the “jump” some people had built wth a log and we were going SOOOOOOOOOO FAST that after the trench we kept going so fast and crashed into the fence at the bottom! Leah and I stuck out feet out and RAMMED IT lol it was awesome! we beat them from then on! lol as you see in the video! lol Also here are some pictures i took at youth group a  week ago!
